In our assigned tutorial groups, we are to analyse, study and investigate the site of Jalan Tun Mutahir, Melaka Tengah, Melaka in detail in order to capture its distinct characteristics before we start designing. This process allows us to familiarise ourselves with the site and 'sense the city' for our own project later on, and also collectively as a group. Following this, a narrative for the site is crafted as a group as we exchange ideas and thoughts, tangible and intangible elements in OUR STORY.

A deeper look into the current conditions of the site invites the conversation into the potential strategies and programmes to be experimented on, with regards to the needs of the people and site.
