Time-travel to the past.

This module has taught me the importance and uniqueness of history. It taught me to look at historical buildings in a new light: a light of awe and amazement. It taught me how to time-travel back to the past millions of years ago and back to the present, in just a mere 14 weeks. From completing the two projects, I have acquired a wide range of analytical skills through sketching and data collection. Moreover, I learned about the synthesis of various architectural elements in deducing the architectural style of a building in a particular era.

I would like to give a shoutout to my tutor, Mr Azim, who has not only gave his best in imparting knowledge to us during lectures, but also created a vibrant and colourful atmosphere during tutorials. His jokes light up the class with smiles and made learning relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you Mr Azim! Another shoutout to Dr Filzani, my tutor and module coordinator, who so meticulously coordinated the module. Thank you for organizing and posting frequent updates on all communication platforms (Facebook, Telegram, TiMES) with such clarity and conciseness. Thank you also for taking care of my groupmates and I in tutorials.

As we are living in queer times, this module was completed fully online. Lectures and tutorials were conducted in the comfort of my home, and I can learn at my own pace. To my lecturers and tutors: Don't worry, I have learned a lot online (or maybe even more!) as if there were face-to-face classes.

Not forgetting the Badges system, which made the exercises more fun as if I were playing a game (I got Queen!).
